What type of support do you offer?

I provide structured 1:1 support using the 8Wise® Method, which integrates psychotherapy and coaching into a single process.

Please note: my services are for personal development and wellbeing; I do not provide a crisis or emergency medical service.

What should I do if I need urgent help?

If you are in immediate danger or a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or visit the 8Wise® Crisis Support page for further information.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. I offer a free discovery call to discuss your situation, explain your options, and see if we are a good fit.

How do I start working with you?

You will be invited to book a free discovery call to talk through your situation and identify the best next step.

Are sessions online or in person?

Most sessions are delivered online via Zoom. In-person options may be available depending on your location.

How do payments work?

Payment is required in advance, with full details provided at the time of booking.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential, and this is explained fully before we begin.

Do you offer support through insurance?

Yes. I am a registered Bupa provider for counselling and psychotherapy. Other private work is delivered using the 8Wise® Method.

Why do I feel overwhelmed all the time?

Overwhelm is usually a sign of pressure building across different areas of life. It’s about overload, not inability.

Why does life feel so difficult to manage?

Life feels difficult when multiple responsibilities build simultaneously, reducing your capacity to cope.

Is it normal to feel like everything is too much?

Yes. This is a common response to sustained pressure, stress, or significant change.

Why do simple things feel harder than they should?

When your mental capacity is reduced, everyday tasks require much more effort and processing.

Why can’t I switch off my thoughts?

An overloaded mind keeps trying to process unresolved pressure, leading to constant thinking.

Why do I feel stuck in my life?

Feeling stuck is often linked to a lack of clarity. When everything feels unclear, it’s harder to move forward.

How do I know if I’m burnt out?
