For many neurodivergent adults, life can feel like a constant uphill battle against invisible friction. You might feel like you’re doing everything "right," yet you’re still left exhausted at the end of every day
This often looks like:
You’re constantly trying to keep up
Simple things feel harder than they should
Your mind doesn’t stop
You start things but struggle to follow through
You’re exhausted from masking or overcompensating
This isn’t a lack of ability.
It’s what happens when your brain is trying to operate in systems that don’t fit.

Most people are given surface-level solutions: "buy a planner," "be more disciplined," or "manage your time better." But for a neurodivergent brain, these aren't the answer because they don't address the real issue
The shift in perspective:
It’s not a lack of ability: It is a high cognitive and emotional load.
It’s not "laziness": It is often burnout from operating in systems that don't fit.
It’s not about "fixing" you: It’s about understanding how your life is structured and where that structure is failing your brain.
Until this is understood properly, it can feel like you’re
constantly trying...but getting nowhere.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel mentally steady, emotionally supported, and safe in their own mind. My mission is simple: to make mental health understandable, approachable, and something people can genuinely work on in real, everyday life.
Through therapy, coaching, and guided support, I help individuals and organisations build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create environments — at home and at work — where wellbeing is prioritised and people feel able to thrive.

After leaving the West Country I started to bloom as my life, confidence and self-esteem blossomed. I graduated from the University of Liverpool and carved out a thriving career in people development working within Social Welfare organisations, such as: Education, Skills and Employability, Health and Social Care and Charities. My career led me internationally supporting with new business projects and ventures in Australia, China, Poland and the UAE. But the limiting beliefs that plagued me as a child continued to drive my ambition in unsustainable ways, impacting my psychological wellbeing negatively.

I take a structured, psychology-led approach using the 8Wise® Method. We don’t just talk about the symptoms; we look at the mechanics of your life to find where the friction is happening and build a way forward that actually fits.
What this support focuses on:
Your Life Structure: Identifying exactly where pressure is building and why.
Your Brain’s Response: Understanding how you naturally respond to stress and sensory input.
Tailored Tools: Developing practical strategies that match your specific learning and processing style.
Sustainable Stability: Moving away from the "boom and bust" cycle of productivity and burnout.

This space is about understanding, not labels. It is designed for those navigating life, work, or identity through a neurodivergent lens.
You may find this useful if you are:
Exploring identity: Newly diagnosed, questioning, or reflecting on past patterns.
Experiencing burnout: Feeling stuck or dealing with chronic, "unswitchable" overwhelm.
Struggling with 'the basics': Finding organisation, focus, or follow-through difficult.
In transition: Navigating changes in work or life and needing a strategy that fits.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to access support.
Many of the people I work with are simply looking for clarity on how their mind works so they can manage life with less friction.
