What I do

I am a Psychotherapist, Coach, Educator and Author passionate about supporting my clients through life, health and career transitions. Using my critically acclaimed 8Wise® method for develop optimal mental health and wellbeing, I support two core clients groups:

Executive Leaders and Business Owners to develop the mental capacity to manage stress, anxiety and burnout, overcome low confidence, limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome, increase resilience and psychological safety to improve performance, productivity and professional relationships.


Supporting Bariatric and GLP-1 patients to manage the psychological challenges of extreme weight loss and overcome feelings and behaviours linked to anxiety, shame, guilt, emotional and binge eating, addiction transference and body dysmorphia. Reducing the risks of stalls, relapse and weight regain, when using medically assisted weight loss treatments (Surgery, Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy) to manage obesity.

Stress and Burnout Counselling

Burnout is mental, emotional and physical exhaustion and is the outcome of prolonged dysfunctional stress. Many clients learn to break the mental patterns driving the cycle of burnout, so they can live with confidence, clarity, and joy. You can to.

Anxiety and Depression are not just forms of extreme sadness and worry. They can be constant and oppressive. As someone living with ADHD I have first hand experience in this area. I can help you build effective strategies to address challenges and manage your life, relationship and career better. I help my clients develop structure, skills, and action plans to tackle any responsibilities or goals made more difficult by ADHD symptoms.

Bariatric and GLP-1 Support
