feet

Confidence is a belief in oneself, the conviction that we have the ability to meet life's challenges and to succeed—and the willingness to act accordingly. Being confident requires a realistic sense of our capabilities and feeling secure in that knowledge.
Often feeling incompetent, unloved, or inadequate is a symptom of low confidence. People who struggle with low self-esteem are consistently afraid about making mistakes or letting other people down. Having self-esteem issues can be detrimental to your health and negatively affect your personal and professional relationships.
Through Counselling and Coaching I can help you to identify the underlying causes of your low self-esteem and develop strategies to improve your self-image. The therapeutic process can also help you develop coping mechanisms for dealing with negative thoughts and feelings and build self-confidence and remove any issues connected to it such as imposter syndrome.
